Refund policy

Due to the nature of our business, La Estrella Tarot y Astrologia doesn't accept returns or issue refunds for Services or Products. 

If an event or appointment needs to be rescheduled due to La Estrella availability, our team will contact the customer to propose a new date. If a workshop is cancelled, we will do everything possible to reschedule, otherwise we will issue a refund. Please, see the Refund section below. Shipping costs are not refundable. Restocking fee may apply. Original packaging, original seals, brand new condition are needed to proceed with any refund.

Customer Service will review your case. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Original packaging, original seals, brand new condition are needed to proceed with any refund.

Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong item, please let us know. Customized items (intentional candles, jewelry and other ceremonial ritual tools, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds
Once Customer Service has reviewed the case, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are not refundable. Restocking fee may apply.
