Letters to Sideralis, 2 : The Hidden Code of Light and the 72 Names of God

Hello, Sideralis,

A few days ago, we turned our attention to the firmament to observe an absolute cosmic phenomenon: the solstice. While the Northern Hemisphere celebrated the arrival of the summer solstice—the longest day of the year, the peak of solar expansion, and the manifestation of light at its fullest expression—the Southern Hemisphere entered the winter solstice, the longest night of the year, opening a sacred threshold of contemplation, inner sowing, and introspection.

This astronomical ebb and flow, far from being a simple seasonal coincidence, reflects one of the most profound spiritual truths of Kabbalah: Light and Darkness do not compete; they complement each other to reveal the perfect structure of creation.

“Kabbalah is an ancient spiritual wisdom that is more than 4,000 years old and is intended for absolutely everyone. Regardless of your country of origin, gender, religion, or culture, Kabbalah offers knowledge and practical wisdom that can transform your life. The literal translation of the word Kabbalah means ‘to receive.’ Kabbalists teach that every human being was created to receive absolute joy and fulfillment.

Kabbalah teaches individuals and the world as a whole how we can improve our lives. Kabbalah is a wisdom that is experienced, not merely studied, and that is what makes each person’s experience unique. One of the main universal principles of Kabbalah is that there are no coincidences. Everything has a reason and a purpose.” (1)

When we think of miracles, tradition immediately leads us to the image of Moses parting the waters of the Red Sea—historically known in ancient texts as the Sea of Reeds. The popular narrative tells us that it was a fortuitous or purely external act. However, the wisdom of Kabbalah reveals a far more transformative secret. It was not a passive intervention; it was human certainty combined with a precise spiritual technology: the 72 Names of God.

The Zohar, the foundational text of Kabbalah, explains that this metaphysical bridge is encrypted in the Book of Exodus (14:19–21). Three consecutive verses describing the moment before the miracle each contain, with mathematical precision, exactly 72 Hebrew letters. By interweaving the first letter of the first verse, the last letter of the second, and the first letter of the third, 72 three-letter combinations are revealed: quantum-frequency technologies capable of altering matter. These are the 72 Names of God.

As the renowned historian of religion and philosopher Gershom Scholem observed in his studies of Jewish mysticism:

“The secret name of God is not an ordinary word, but a concentration of divine energy, a cosmic formula through which the structure of the universe becomes accessible to human consciousness.”

Moses did not use logic; he activated these 72 frequencies of light to dissolve the physical obstacle and open a path where there had previously been only an abyss.

The Solstice: Tuning In to the Frequency of Change

How is this miracle connected to the present sky? Scientifically, the solstice represents the “still Sun”—from the Latin solstitium—the point at which the Sun appears to stand still in the firmament before reversing its course. Astronomer and science communicator Carl Sagan reflected on how our ancestors observed this moment with a profound sense of reverence and urgency, knowing that the balance of life depended on perfect alignment within the cosmos.

Spiritually, the 72 Names of God work in the same way as a solstice. Whether our lives are moving through their own “winter”—a period of shadow, doubt, or stagnation in which we need to ignite an inner flame—or we find ourselves in the midst of “summer”—ready to harvest and expand our projects—these 72 combinations act like a radio dial. Let us tune in to the right combination—frequencies for healing, prosperity, protection, or unconditional love—to transform our reality from the mental plane.

We must remember that the technology of the universe is available to us. Obstacles on the physical plane are malleable when we align ourselves with metaphysical laws. The Red Sea of our lives parts the moment we take a step with absolute certainty and activate the divine spark within us.
